The Australian Writers’ Centre teaches thousands of students across the country. Behind every course intake sits a long chain of logistics: enrolments, reminders, course materials, follow-ups — multiplied across a national calendar.
The challenge
Every course run meant the same manual sequence, executed by people who had better things to do. The volume made errors inevitable, and evenings and weekends didn’t stop the enrolments arriving.
