What services do you offer?
Managed n8n hosting on secure Australian infrastructure for your workflow automation — connecting your CRM, accounting, email and other tools so data flows automatically. A human support team that backs you up when you build. Done-for-you builds on our Pro plan, where our team designs and ships your automations, AI agents and apps. And fully custom apps — dashboards, portals and internal tools built for your business. Most clients use a combination.
Do I need to be technical to work with you?
Not at all. We're built for non-technical business owners. You describe what you need in plain English, and we handle everything — the setup, the hosting, the ongoing management. We train you and your team so you're comfortable using your new tools, but you'll never need to write code or manage servers.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope. Automation setups can be live within a week. Custom apps range from two to six weeks depending on complexity — we've built entire client apps in a single day. We'll give you a clear timeline during the design phase so there are no surprises.
What does pricing look like?
Every plan has transparent, published pricing. Hosting starts from $75/month, our Pro plan puts an automation team on tap from $375/month, and custom app projects are scoped with a clear build fee plus hosting. No hidden costs, no lock-in contracts — move down a plan or cancel anytime.
Is my data secure? Where is it hosted?
Yes. Our infrastructure runs on OVHcloud — one of the world's largest hosting providers — in Australian data centres, so your data stays onshore. Database replication for failover, regular snapshots, offsite point-in-time recovery, enterprise-grade encryption and strict access controls come standard.
What ongoing support do you provide?
We're an ongoing partner, not a one-and-done vendor. Plans include ticketed support, onboarding, and proactive monitoring — when something breaks, we usually know before you do. Need a change? Tell us in plain English. As your business evolves, your technology evolves with it.
